Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

prepared pie crust
4 to 5 medium tomatoes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded cheese (Mozzarella)
Preparation

Bake pie crust until brown.
Peel tomatoes and quarter.
Mix mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and add to tomatoes.
Pour into pie shell.
Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
