Lentil, Potato And Ham Soup(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dried lentils
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. potatoes, cubed
4 green onions, sliced
1 c. diced, low-fat ham
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In medium pot, put 6 cups water, lentils, onion and potatoes. Bring to boil.
Cut back to simmer and cook covered 25 to 30 minutes.
Add onion and ham and simmer 5 minutes more.
Add lemon and salt and pepper.
