Three Cheese Macaroni(Make One-Quart - Freeze One!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    4 c. milk
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 slices bread
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    To a pot of slightly salted boiling water, add macaroni.
    Cook for 6 minutes.
    Drain and return to pot. Set aside.
