Peaches 'N Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. softened oleo
1/2 c. very hot water
1 (16 oz.) can or 1 to 2 c. peaches
1 egg, at room temperature
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Combine 1/2 cup flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
Add 2 tablespoons softened oleo and hot tap water to dry ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Add egg and 1/2 cup flour.
Beat on high speed 2 minutes.
Stir in 1/2 cup flour.
Spread batter in greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
