Ritzy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    22 Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    top and bottom crust (your choice; double pie crust)
    approximately 1/8 lb. butter (about 6 pats)
Preparation
    Bring water, cream of tartar and sugar to boil.
    Add Ritz crackers.
    (Do not break, keep whole.
    The secret; individual squares, approximately 1 1/2 inches square.)
    Cook for 2 minutes; do not stir.
    Pour mixture on bottom pie crust.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Dot with dabs of butter.
    Put on top crust.
    Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes longer.
