Sausage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    9-inch pie shell
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. red bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cream
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done. Crumble and drain.
    Mix cheese and sausage.
    Put in shell.
    Beat eggs. Combine remaining ingredients and add to eggs.
    Pour in shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
