Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Pet evaporated milk
    1 pkg. gelatin (any flavor)
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    8 marshmallows, finely cut
    9 oz. can undrained crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. broken nuts
Preparation
    Chill milk in ice tray until almost frozen around edges.
    In a 2-quart bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water.
    Add marshmallows, undrained crushed pineapple and broken nuts to gelatin.
    Whip milk in cold bowl until stiff.
    Fold into gelatin mixture.
    Cover and chill.
