Cheesy Corn Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh corn kernels, cut from cob
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 c. milk or half and half
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Place casserole in pan of hot water and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until custard is set.
    Serves four.
