Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables
1 c. crushed butter crackers
Preparation

Cut cheese into cubes.
Place in saucepan with 1/4 cup butter; heat until melted, stirring often.
Place vegetables in 1-quart dish.
Pour cheese over mixture; mix well.
