Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rhubarb, sweetened to taste or 1 pkg., frozen
    1 box strawberry Jell-O
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
    1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot rhubarb.
    Allow to cool.
    Add crushed pineapple, juice and all.
    Add the nuts.
    Refrigerate until set. Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
