Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed
1 (4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) chopped, drained pimento
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of the cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can of the onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered for 5 minutes longer.
