Crab Meat Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 English muffins
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. grated onion
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) can crab meat
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Blend cream cheese, butter and onion.
Fold in crab meat.
Cut muffins into fourths.
Spread topping on each piece of muffin. Place under broiler for five minutes.
Serve hot.
