Rotini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. creamettes rotini (uncooked)
    1 c. red and yellow bell peppers
    1/2 small red onion, cut in wedges
    1/4 lb. fresh snow peas
    1/3 c. cashews
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    dash of ground ginger
Preparation
    Prepare rotini as package directs.
    Drain well.
    Add next 5 ingredients in small bowl.
    Blend oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
    Toss with rotini mixture.
    Chill.
    Garnish. Serves 4 to 6.
