Seasoned Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/3 c. melted butter or olive oil
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels.
    Remove mushroom stems and finely chop; set caps aside.
    Combine mushroom stems and remaining ingredients, stirring well; spoon into mushroom caps. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
