Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. cooked macaroni
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion and green pepper in shortening until onion is transparent.
    Add hamburger, salt and pepper.
    Cook until meat is lightly browned.
    Remove from heat and drain.
    Arrange layers of meat mixture and macaroni in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix mushroom soup with water.
    Add Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour mixture over meat and macaroni.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
