Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. frozen or 1 can coconut
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
meringue
Preparation

Mix together sugar and flour.
Separate the eggs.
Beat yolks and add to sugar mixture.
Slowly add milk and mix well.
Cook until it thickens, stirring all the time.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and coconut.
Pour into baked 9-inch pie shell. Prepare meringue and spread on pie.
Bake until meringue is lightly browned.
