Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk
    4 slices of white bread made into crumbs (soft crumbs)
    8 oz. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 eggs at room temperature (separated)
Preparation
    Mix scalded milk, soft bread crumbs, cheese, butter and salt in mixing bowl.
    Beat egg yolks until lemon colored; add the first mixture; fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into battered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes or until set.
    Makes 4 servings.
    It's great with muffins for a meal.
