Catfish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. catfish fillets
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1 dash pepper
    parsley flakes
    3 Tbsp. chopped bacon or salt pork
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut fillets into 1-inch pieces.
    Brown the bacon.
    Add onion and saute.
    Add water, potatoes, seasonings and fish.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add milk and heat.
    Garnish with parsley and serve 6 lucky people.
