Low-Fat Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 tsp. sugar
2 c. fat-free cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. dill weed
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 carton Egg Beaters
4 1/2 c. flour (approximately)
Preparation

Sprinkle yeast in water;
stir.
Stir in 2 teaspoons of sugar; set aside.
Combine and mix the cottage cheese, onion, dill weed,
baking
powder, salt, sugar and Egg Beaters.
Add yeast and flour and knead until smooth and elastic.
Place in a
greased bowl.
Cover;
let
rise until doubled (1 to 1 1/2 hours).
Punch down
and knead a few times.
Divide and shape into
loaves. Place in 2 well-greased pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn out on rack and cool.
Makes 2 loaves.
