Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen)
1 c. chopped onions
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine in a pan (12 x 12-inch) or an iron pan (the bigger the pan, the thinner the bread).
Leave half of margarine in pan.
Add the rest to cornbread mix.
Mix all ingredients, except half margarine.
Add margarine.
Pour into pan with rest of margarine in it.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
