Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 c. milk
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
    In large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper; gradually stir in milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and mixture begins to boil.
    Add cheese; stir until cheese melts.
    In 3-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan, stir together pasta and cheese sauce.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
