Potatoes Ala Elegant - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. pimento
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Very good.
