Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cut up rhubarb (or more)
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 large egg
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place rhubarb in bottom of 7 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch pan.
    Mix 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and butter over rhubarb.
    Blend the rest and spread on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Good with ice cream.
