Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can French beans
    3 small carrots, cooked
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large onion, sliced
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Bring sugar, vinegar and salt to boil, then cool.
    Mix vegetables and pour liquid mixture over them.
    Add mayonnaise when serving.
