Freezer French Toast(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 English muffins, split in half
    melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well blended.
    Place muffins on rimmed cookie sheet.
    Slowly pour mixture over muffins, turning to coat both sides completely.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Flash freeze and then place muffins in a freezer bag until ready to serve.
