Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into small pieces
1 garlic bulb
2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
soy sauce
oil
Preparation
-
Crush garlic and brown in small amount of oil.
Brown chicken. Add vinegar and water; simmer about 45 minutes.
Shake in soy sauce after approximately the first 30 minutes.
I use thighs and legs, cut in half.
