Homemade Chicken And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 more c. flour
Preparation
    Beat together water, eggs and salt. Add flour; beat.
    Work in 1 more cup of flour. Divide dough in thirds. Roll out each third on HEAVILY floured surface. Fold each section and put aside. Then stack layers (with lots of flour in between) and roll up like a jelly roll. Take a sharp knife (or electric knife) and slice very thin. Spread out noodles to dry for 3 to 4 hours. Sprinkle noodles (and stir often) into rolling boil of chicken broth (at least 3 cans with an extra can on reserve if it gets too thick). Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour (with lid). Add diced chicken.
