Garlic Roasted New Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. whole tiny new potatoes (20 to 24)
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. water
2 cloves garlic, minced, or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place peeled potatoes in a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine the margarine, water, garlic, salt and pepper.
Drizzle over potatoes.
Toss to coat.
Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring once.
Uncover; bake 20 minutes more or until the potatoes are tender and slightly browned.
