Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix well and let stand out of the refrigerator 8 to 12 hours. Refrigerate 3 to 5 days. Take out and add the same ingredients. Let stand for another 8 to 12 hours. It will be very bubbly. If going to make bread that day, use 1 cup of starter and put remaining starter in the refrigerator.
