Potato Stuffed Franks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 skinless frankfurters
1 c. finely diced cooked potatoes
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 slices American cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
4 slices bacon
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Split franks lengthwise almost through. Lap open.
Combine potatoes and seasonings.
Spoon over split franks.
Top with cheese and another split frank.
Hold in place with toothpicks.
Wrap a strip of bacon around each serving.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
