Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound cake mix
    3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 c. crushed graham crackers (about 16 whole)
    1 1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/3 c. milk
    1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (2 c.)
Preparation
    Prepare pound cake according to mix instructions.
    Pour into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Completely cool cake.
    In a large bowl, mix melted margarine, graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter and confectioners sugar until crumbly.
    Add milk, a little at a time, until creamy. Spread evenly over cooled pound cake.
    Melt chocolate chips; spread evenly over peanut butter mixture.
    Let stand at room temperature, until chocolate hardens.
    Cut into bars.
    Freezes well.
