Spinach Dip(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. real or fat free mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. sour cream (may use fat free)
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 (1.4 oz.) pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
    3 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; stir to mix well.
    Cover; chill. Makes 3 cups.
    To make Swiss Spinach Dip, add 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese.
