Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 lb. cherries (candied, all colors)
    1 box raisins
    1 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. pecans
    1 lb. pineapple (candied, all colors)
    6 eggs
    1 oz. rum flavoring
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together and coat fruit and nuts in flour.
    Mix sugar and butter and beat until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time.
    Add rum flavoring.
    Pour this over fruit and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Put in 10-inch pan and bake 2 3/4 to 3 hours at 275\u00b0.
