Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. plain croutons
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    parsley flakes
    sprinkle of salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Cool, peel and cube.
    Layer potatoes, onion, sliced cheese and croutons in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour milk and melted margarine over potatoes.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs and parsley flakes over top.
    Sprinkle with a little salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
