Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef round, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1/4 c. oleo
    4 oz. can mushroom pieces
    1 bouillon cube (beef)
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    noodles
Preparation
    Cut meat in strips 1/2-inch wide.
    Brown lightly in hot butter.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Add whole can of mushrooms and juice, bouillon cube, 1 cup water and salt and pepper.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    (Cook noodles separately.) Blend sour cream and flour and stir into meat mixture.
    Cook just until thickened.
    May need to add a little water.
    Serve over noodles.
