Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
3 slices bread, stale or toasted, crumbled
1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier liqueur
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Scald milk; add butter and crumbs; let stand until crumbs are soft.
Combine all the other ingredients into this mixture.
Bake on lightly greased griddle.
Serves 2 to 3 people.
