Orange Supreme Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
    1 pkg. lemon pie filling
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice (undiluted)
    1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water;
    cool.
    Add 1/2 cup juice from fruit and orange
    juice.
    Chill slightly.
    Fold in fruit. Turn into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Prepare pie filling as directed.
    Cool. Whip cream and fold into pie filling.
    Spread over Jell-O salad. Top with grated cheese.
    Serves 12 to 16.
