Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green peppers
    12 red peppers
    14 onions
    1 pt. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions.
    Pour boiling water over them and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Drain and pour boiling water over again.
    Drain at once.
    Cook with vinegar, sugar and salt thoroughly for 20 minutes.
    Jar and seal while hot.
