World'S Best Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm milk
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. butter (3 sticks)
    6 eggs
    10 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes. Dissolve sugar and butter in warm milk.
    Add eggs, 2 cups of flour and yeast mixture and beat until smooth.
    Continue adding flour gradually, working dough until all flour is moistened.
    Dough should be dry and not too moist.
    Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes. Place dough in lightly greased bowl, turning to coat.
    Cover, and let rise until double in bulk (about 1 hour).
    Turn dough out on lightly floured surface, knead until smooth, and let rise again until double in size (about 1 hour).
