Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, peeled, boiled, cooled and sliced (should have 5 c.)
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green or red pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated cheese (sharp)
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in 1/4 cup butter.
    Add cheese and melt.
    Add cream of chicken soup.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sour cream.
    Mix in the potatoes.
    Do not beat.
    Top with the corn flake crumbs, mixed with 2 tablespoons oleo.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
