Mint Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
    3 drops green food coloring
    2 c. thawed Cool Whip
    mint leaves and chocolate curls for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Blend peppermint extract and green food coloring into the Cool Whip.
    Frost tops of 2 (8-inch) layers or tops and sides of an 8-inch square cake.
    Garnish with mint leaves and chocolate curls, if desired.
