Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. pkg. cranberries
1 c. dates, chopped
1/2 c. oil
12 oz. tangerine juice (frozen orange juice optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oat flour
1 egg
4 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. hot water
1 c. honey, warmed
2 c. walnuts, chopped
4 c. pastry flour
Preparation

Mix first 10 ingredients and let stand 15 minutes.
Chop cranberries in half.
Mix well.
Spoon batter into 24 muffin cups with liners, filling to top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
