Shrimp Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil (to saute onion)
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper (optional)
    2 to 3 shakes oregano (optional)
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. shrimp
    linguine (30 to 40 noodles), broken half
    2 to 3 large potatoes, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
    1/3 c. crumbled Feta cheese
    3 eggs (optional)
    1 c. evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    (\"Chupe de Camarones,\" a Peruvian recipe given to me by my mother-in-law.)
    Delicious with or without the pepper.
