Cheese Wreath - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped red bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped ground onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Beat Cheddar cheese and cream cheese with mixer (medium) until well blended.
    Add juice, pepper, onion and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Form into wreath.
    Garnish with fresh parsley and red bell pepper stars. Serve with crackers.
    Makes 2 cups.
