Mushroom Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soup mixture
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Blend soup with water.
Measure out 1/4 cup soup mixture; combine with ground beef, dry bread crumbs, onion, parsley, egg and salt.
Shape into meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
