Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
1 egg, slightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 can French onion soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix hamburger, onion, rice, egg, salt and pepper.
Form into balls.
Put in pan.
Peel and quarter 4 medium potatoes and place on top of meatballs.
Mix soups and tomato sauce together and pour over potatoes and meatballs.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are tender.
