Elk, Venison, Or Beef Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 c. cereal flakes (corn flakes or Total)
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    4 Tbsp. catsup, divided
    2 Tbsp. catsup (jalapeno)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except 3 tablespoons catsup.
    Spray loaf pan with Pam.
    Pur mixture into pan and top with 3 tablespoons catsup.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
