Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
6 slices American cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in flour, but do not brown. Add milk, cheese, salt and pepper.
Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Pour over broccoli, potatoes or other vegetables.
Grate Cheddar cheese on top and heat until melted.
Add a little garlic powder and serve over noodles.
