    1 heavy pinch of salt
    buttermilk until thickness like pancake batter
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 to 1/2 c. bacon grease, heated
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into a hot, 12-inch iron skillet.
    Bake 25 minutes at 475\u00b0.
