Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rice
3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3 cans evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. raisins
Preparation

Bring to a boil rice, water and salt.
Lower heat and simmer 12 to 14 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients to cooked rice in baking dish.
Bake until it comes to a boil, 25 to 35 minutes.
